Lambda Chair

887

The Lambda chair, inspired by the letter in the Greek alphabet and created by Berkeley Mills, is fitted together with old fashioned techniques, like wood pegs instead of screws, to evoke a sense of calm. To help make the sustainable timber industry an attractive alternative to raising cattle, founding craftsman Dave Kent is partnered with a group of craftsman in Guatemala, giving them the tools and technology they need. He hopes to substantially boost the supply of eco-friendly mahogany over the coming years.

Ouch!
1800 dollars for a chair? I'd rather buy a new mountain bike (if I could only afford it).
